Kawartha Chamber Business Awards of Excellence

With the Kawartha Chamber Business Awards of Excellence and Social Gala coming up fast, the list of finalists for the Awards of Excellence has been released!

The Chamber received over 100 nominations this year for the annual Awards of Excellence. Almost all categories had nominations in the double digits. So, with such large numbers, the judging panel was forced to make some very difficult decisions.

Due to the high number of nominations and caliber of the nominees, there are more than three finalists in some categories!

This speaks volumes for all the wonderful businesses, organizations, and individuals in this region that display excellence.

The Chamber would like to remind all nominees, whether they are a finalist or not, that they should be very proud of their accomplishments.

Award recipients will be announced at the 20th Annual Awards of Excellence & Social Gala on Thursday, October 10th at Lakefield College School. The evening will begin at 6:30 p.m. with cocktails, light hors d’oeuvres and silent auction, followed by a live auction and award presentations. Tickets are $50 and can be purchased at www.kawarthachamber.ca.

It is a great evening of celebrating local business. All are welcome to attend.

Congratulations to the 2019 finalists!
