Sally Harding Named Kawartha Chamber Citizen of the Year
Sally Harding, President & CEO of Nightingale Nursing, is the Kawartha Chamber’s 2019 Citizen of the Year. Harding has demonstrated an outstanding commitment to the area, both as a businessperson and community supporter.
As a dedicated Rotarian for fifteen years, Harding gravitated to youth projects. She has hosted ten international exchange students, and through Rotary’s partnership with Habitat for Humanity, provided mentorship and advice to their Youth Council.
Harding served on the Hospital Foundation Board for nine years, and the Kawartha Chamber Board for over six years, serving two terms as President. She currently sits on the Board of Directors for the Innovation Cluster.
Ten awards were presented at the Chamber’s 20th Annual Awards of Excellence & Social Gala on October 10th at Lakefield College School.
