As General Manager and now part of the ownership team, Mark Norris has spent years building lasting relationships with customers while helping shape Buckeye Marine’s operations and culture. His deep understanding of the business and unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction provides continuity and stability during this exciting period of growth.

“The focus moving forward is simple: make doing business with Buckeye easier, modernize the customer experience, and help families spend less time managing boat ownership and more time creating unforgettable memories on the water,” says Norris.

Joining Mark on the ownership team is long-time friend and respected marine industry professional Jay Poole. As a fourth-generation owner, Jay proudly carries forward the legacy of his late father and family while helping guide the business into the future and supporting the service and customer experience side of the business.

Completing the ownership team is Dustin Titus, an accomplished entrepreneur, waterskier, boating enthusiast, and coach. Dustin’s experience building successful businesses, developing high-performing teams, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement brings a fresh perspective that aligns perfectly with Buckeye Marine’s vision for the future.
