Update On The LYU Barn

Thank you to all who have supported our LYU Barn Project. We are in the process of completing the engineering and architectural designs and will soon be submitting our plans to Selwyn Township for approval. We hope to see renovations begin in mid-spring that will provide LYU with offices, a boardroom and multi-use space to help reach youth and their families plus our intention is to rent office space to two LYU partners.

Once our floor plans are finalized we will be able to share them with you to help promote our ongoing Square Foot Fundraiser. In the meantime, you can still donate $10 per square foot to help us reach our goal of raising $75,000 for renovations. Your name will be placed on a Blueprint Wall Art that will be displayed in our new building. So far we have raised $52,200!  Please donate at https://youthunlimitedkaw.com/lakefield/barn/

Until renovations begin, we are making use of our building for a Scooter Park that is held every Wednesday in the basement, 3:15pm – 4:45pm, for students in grades 6-9.
