EyeTech VisionCare is a new business that recently opened its doors, serving the Peterborough area. Owner Tim Mak has been in the optical field for 15 years, and has served many communities in the GTA and surrounding area.  

EyeTech VisionCare offers free repairs and adjustments, whether the product was purchased with them, or not. Located in the MapleRidge Plaza at 1840 Lansdowne Street West, Peterborough, and they are one of very few optical stores that is open on Sundays for customer convenience. 

Combined, Owner, Tim Mak and Marleen – Store Manager, have a collective 27 years of experience, making them leaders in their industry! Rencee their Marketing and Promotions Coordinator, offers her hands to many charities, such as Hospice, YMCA, Heart and Stroke, MS Society, and many more.  Community is very important to Tim and his team and he has made arrangements to visit local retirement homes offering his services to residents in need, free of charge.   

EyeTech strives to offer an affordable and fashionable solution for all, based on any budget, and offers direct billing to most major Insurance Companies. During the months of November and December, when you bring in a toy for the local Toy Drive you will receive a discount toward your RX glasses.

At EyeTech Vision Care you will find a great selection of very fashionable eyewear lines, such as Kate Spade, Marc Jacobs, Hugo Boss, Lightec, and a very durable line for kids, Nano.  They also carry popular Maui Jim and Smith sunglasses that are easily converted to prescription lenses.  Tim personally handles all contact lens fittings and requirements that you may have – meaning they can assist in all of your prescription eye care needs!
